Meet Your Coaches
We’re Carey and Garrett Crain, brothers, former college athletes, coaches, and founders of The Advantage Athletic Recruiting. We’ve worked one-on-one with athletes and families for over 10 years and have helped over 200 athletes get recruited.
Carey Crain
I began my college playing career at a junior college before transferring out to an NAIA, where I became an All-American and a College World Series competitor. Today, I run a baseball and softball academy, coach at the high school level, and mentor athletes and families through the recruiting process.
Garrett Crain
I went from being completely overlooked by college coaches in high school to playing for Texas Christian University (TCU), where I became a 2x Big 12 Champion and 2x College World Series competitor. My experience gives me unique insight into how coaches evaluate athletes and what it really takes to get recruited.
